Oh my! After I got home from church last Sunday, I got my blood pressure unit out, strapped that cuff on, took a relaxing breath, and pushed “Start!”
If you were at church, you witnessed me taking my blood pressure (standing up, mind you 🙂) and my reading was like 155 over 96! Thank God my wife told me the arm cuff was on backwards LOL!! WHEW! 106 over 62… not bad for a 62-year-old.
While not visible, our internal health is crucial for living. Remember one of my points from last Sunday’s message? Paul writes of how the Holy Spirit intercedes for us, according to the Father’s will! WOWZAH! We can’t go wrong, can we? That’s perfect prayers!
Let’s continue to acknowledge and thank the greatest Doctor 🙂 in the universe! Whatever you are going through, know that God the Holy Spirit is praying for you! I still can’t wrap my head and heart around that truth – but I believe and trust that God is working in us to will and do of His good pleasure! (Phil. 2:13)
