We certainly aren’t Sunday-only Christians! And you can be the difference, to make a difference in someone’s life! One of the ways we can draw near to God and be equipped and encouraged to live daily with and for God is through relationships.

What does it mean to be a “man”? Furthermore, what does it mean specifically to be a Christian man?
One thing is for sure, and it is this: man was not meant to live alone. Now, yes this is referring to the creation narrative found in Genesis. The context there is that God created both man and woman, and they need each other. That is why we also have a women’s ministry, but we are talking about men here.
The point remains: a man is not supposed to go at life alone! Humans are relational beings. We are created for relationship, with God and each other.
Let’s be both men and women in community!
But let’s be real here. Sometimes we need separate ministries.
So, let’s be both men and women in community together, but also sometimes separately!

At that time the disciples came to Jesus and asked, “Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?” He called a child, whom he put among them, and said, “Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. Whoever becomes humble like this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. Whoever welcomes one such child in my name welcomes me.
(Matthew 18:1-5)
