Aloha Friday NHM ‘Ohana!
“To them God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.” — Colossians 1:27
When I think about all the work of aloha, planning and participation by our church ‘ohana for our Nepal Craft and Bake Sale this Sunday…

…I’m reminded of our God-given purpose: To make known the hope of glory—JESUS! Through our giving, prayers, medical care, and aloha, we get to share His aloha and hope with others.
Colossians 1 is all about JESUS! Paul reminds us that Christ is above all, and “in Him all things hold together” (v. 17). And to think this same Jesus, who is supreme over all creation, chooses to live IN US! He desires to live IN us so His aloha and hope can live THROUGH us!
Jesus’ supremacy and superiority is not defined by ego, or the pride of greatness through power, position, or possessions. His supremacy is defined by His relationship with God the Father – as the Son of God who gives hope to the world! That’s perfect aloha, grace, humility, and sacrifice.
JESUS – the One who holds all things together lives in us, inviting us to make His hope and aloha known to the world around us – our family, friends, co-workers, community – and even as far away as Nepal!
May the generosity and hope of Jesus live in and overflow through us.

Are you interested in being water baptized?
If you are interested in being water baptized, please read the brochure. Reach out to Pastor Rod or Malia to schedule a personal baptism date. Invite your friends and family to celebrate your monumental decision!
What is the significance of water baptism? Baptism signifies that through repentance, forgiveness, and faith, we belong to Jesus. As Christians, we are identifying with Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection. ≫Read more

To our NHM ‘Ohana: If you know a family or someone affected by hardships who needs assistance, please contact me (808) 216-5493. If you have a friend of a friend, relative of a relative, any connection to someone in need, don’t hesitate to contact me.
PHYSICAL DONATIONS
We are not collecting physical donation at our church at the moment. If you’d like to donate physical goods or necessities, there are numerous drop-off locations available. If you have any questions, please contact me.

We are receiving financial donations through our Show God Share Aloha ministry account (click the “Donations” button and select “Share Aloha”), or you can write a check with “ALOHA” in the memo line and bring it to our Sunday service. We provide transparent records of all donations and fund income to our donors—every dollar is prayerfully stewarded and fully accounted for.
