Hawai’i Meals on Wheels (HMoW) is a meal-delivery service for homebound seniors and disabled individuals. HMoW staff and volunteers distribute hot lunches every Monday through Friday. And they do much more than that! Volunteers also check in to make sure the individuals are okay and serve as much-needed social connections.
